How I do it
A grid of small injections across each underarm. It takes about twenty minutes and the needles are tiny.
It holds for months, often longer than facial treatment does, because the muscle isn’t working against it.
If there is an underlying cause, that is a conversation for your doctor and I will say so rather than treating around it.

About underarm sweating
- How long does it last?
- Usually four to six months, sometimes longer. It tends to outlast facial treatment. Most people here book it in spring so they are covered through the Florida summer.
- Does it just make me sweat somewhere else?
- Not in my experience, and that is the question everybody asks. You are treating a specific set of glands in a specific area, not switching off your ability to cool down.
