The way I like to work is conservative first, review at two weeks, add if it needs it. That plan collapses if coming back is an hour round trip. From Dunedin it is not.
It is also an outdoors town in a way that shows up on skin. Honeymoon Island, the Pinellas Trail, boats. I see more cumulative sun exposure and more pigment from Dunedin patients than I do from people who work indoors further inland, and it changes what I suggest first.
