Who this is not for
- It is not weight loss and it is not a substitute for it. Small, defined pocket, or this is the wrong treatment.
- Sometimes what looks like fat under the chin is a recessed chin or lax skin. Dissolving fat that is not the problem leaves you worse off.
- People are not warned about the swelling. You look puffier before you look better, and that lasts days, not hours.
How I do it
I will tell you at consult whether you are a good candidate, and on some faces the answer is no. That is a short appointment and an honest one.
A course of sessions spaced several weeks apart. Nobody gets the result from one.
If the real issue is your chin projection or skin laxity, I will say so and we will talk about whether filler is the better answer.

- Usually two to four, spaced several weeks apart. I will give you my honest estimate at consult and I would rather over-estimate than have you feel misled halfway through.
- How bad is the swelling?
- Noticeable, and under the chin so it is hard to hide. Several days each time. Do not book a session the fortnight before a wedding.
