About
Meet Aubrey Phillips, PA-C
Fourteen years injecting, and I spend a good part of the year teaching accredited courses to other clinicians.

I’m a physician assistant. I’ve been injecting for fourteen years, which is long enough to have watched several trends come in, get overdone, and quietly disappear. That is most of what shapes how I work now.
For a good part of that time I’ve also been teaching. I’m an instructor for Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, and in 2025 I taught twenty-five accredited courses across Florida, eight hours apiece. They carry AAFP credit, which means the room is often physicians and PAs earning CME, not just injectors. It changes how you see your own work. You cannot teach anatomy all year and then get sloppy about it on Monday.
The thing I care about most is that people still look like themselves. I go conservatively, I stage treatment across visits, and I will tell you to wait when I think waiting is the right answer. That costs me bookings and I have made peace with it.
I also do a lot of correction work. People come to me with filler they did not ask for and do not like, sometimes from years ago, and they are usually braced for a lecture. There isn’t one. I do not know what you asked for or what the person treating you was working with, and none of that is helped by me having an opinion about a colleague.
I see one person at a time, in one room inside Sola Salon Studios on US 19 in Clearwater. No front desk, nobody waiting. If we need twenty minutes to talk before anything happens, we take it.

Anyone can claim a credential on a website. These are public records, so you do not have to take my word for any of it.
One thing worth knowing before you look: I practise as Aubrey Phillips, and Aubrey Vargas is my married name. Some of my records and certificates are under one and some under the other. Same person, same licence.

Training and certifications
Everything below is documented. I have the certificates and I am happy to show you any of them at a consult.
Teaching
- 2025
CME Instructor, Aesthetic Medical Educators Training
Taught 25 accredited courses across Florida during 2025, at 8 instructional hours each. The courses carry AAFP Prescribed credit, which the American Medical Association accepts as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.
Professional membership
Fellow member, Florida Society of Dermatology PAs
FSDPA membership at Fellow level. A professional society rather than a course, which is a different kind of credential: it is ongoing standing among Florida dermatology PAs, not a day of training.
Continuing medical education
- 2024
Aesthetic Extender Symposium
15 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Miami Beach, four days, accredited through Medical Education Resources.
Product and technique training
- 2026
Evolus Academy: Jeuveau, Evolysse Smooth, Evolysse Form

Poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator certification.

The Impactful Beauty Webinar, JHRA
Technique training with Dr Raj Acquilla and Julie Horne, two of the more recognised names in injectable technique internationally. Delivered as a webinar rather than hands-on.
Silhouette InstaLift, Suneva Medical
Absorbable suspension sutures for mid-face lift, a surgical-adjacent technique most injectors do not hold.
Come and talk to me first.
A consult is twenty minutes and nothing gets drawn up. Call 1-727-564-9217 or book online.
